Equal pay for women in the business world made headlines this year and it’s something that I am personally interested in keeping tabs on. For this feature, I worked closely with the Business Journal’s Digital Producer, Catherine Byerly, to see how different industries in Jacksonville handle equal pay. Each of the women represented were illustrated to symbolize their industries. Working with Catherine to collect data, the charts and graphs are organized and arranged to best display the information.
